FULL-TIME ROTA NANNY Opening (Palm Beach, FL)

Seeking a full-time, live-in Rotation Nanny for a family with two children based in Palm Beach, Florida and New York. The right candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a nanny and be an experienced driver who is comfortable driving young children. The ideal candidate must be looking for a long-term commitment (2+ years) and be willing to travel with the family throughout the summer months and internationally for up to two weeks at a time.The position involves a rotating schedule, working two weeks on and two weeks off. Working hours during on weeks is from 7am – 8pm.This position offers overtime pay, paid time off, and benefits including health insurance and 401(k). Compensation is based on experience and an annual bonus is included. Family is looking for the nanny to start as soon as possible but are willing to be flexible for the right fit. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):

• Prepare bottles, feed, and handle all bottle washing
  Preparing healthy meals
• Care for an infant and toddler aged child: feeding, bathing, changing
• Helping pre-school aged child get ready for school, including packing lunch daily
• Driving to and from school
• Supervising outdoor play
  Engaging in creative and educational activities
• Keeping children’s room and play areas organized and tidy
• Wash, fold, and put away all the children’s laundry
• Wash children’s bedding and remake beds
• Light errands for the family and household
• General home tidying and organization
• Manage the child’s wardrobe: sort through and separate items that no longer fit
• Walk and feed the family dogs
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities
• Take children to activities outside of the home

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous full-time/long term experience of at least 8 years is a must
  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; openness to a driving test with parents prior to driving with the children
• Proficiency in swimming
• First Aid or CPR certification (or willingness to become certified)
• Updated vaccines required
• Nurturing, loving, upbeat, health-conscious, and flexible
• Loves spending time with children and has knowledge of developmental milestones
  Honest, diligent, responsible, courteous, and discreet
• Valid passport and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
• Positive and pleasant personality
