Lily Pond Services is seeking a versatile Administrative, Recruitment, and Social Media Coordinator to join our expanding Domestic and Administrative Staffing company. You will work closely with a committed team to oversee daily, long-term, and temp assignments while managing social media initiatives. We seek candidates with experience in recruitment, coordination, outreach, or social media management who excel in a dynamic environment that promotes professional development and recognizes outstanding performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Complete special requests and run errands as needed.
  • Compile reports and create spreadsheets.
  • Manage the President’s schedule, calls, email correspondence, calendar, and meeting requests.
  • Recruit and screen candidates for domestic sector roles via phone and in-person interviews.
  • Utilize online platforms (e.g., CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) and cost-free resources for recruitment.
  • Maintain and update candidate placement statuses in online and custom database systems.
  • Communicate scheduling or staffing challenges to supervisors.
  • Monitor and screen incoming/outgoing communications, exercising judgment and discretion to handle requests independently as needed.
  • Content Creation and job positings: Develop engaging posts, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Strategy Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, or sales, aligning with marketing goals.
  • Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build community and foster brand loyalty.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) using tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or platform insights, and report on campaign success.
  • Content Scheduling: Use tools like Buffer or Later to schedule posts for optimal posting times.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activity to keep content relevant.
  • Ad Management: Create and manage paid social media ads, including targeting, budgeting, and optimizing for ROI.
  • Brand Voice Maintenance: Ensure consistent tone and messaging across platforms to reflect the brand’s identity.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and coordinate with influencers or partners for promotional campaigns.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and fact-checking abilities.
