A private couple in Tulsa seeks a talented Private Chef with a passion for farm-to-table cuisine to prepare healthy, organic meals at their residence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven record of longevity in previous roles, expertise in crafting seasonal, organic dishes, and the ability to tailor menus to the family’s preferences. Responsibilities include weekly meal prepping and serving dinner one time per week.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh, organic, seasonal dinners three times per week for 1–2 family members, based on their schedule.

  • Collaborate weekly with the family to design customized menus, incorporating feedback to ensure satisfaction.

  • Source high-quality, organic ingredients, manage grocery procurement, and maintain detailed kitchen inventory records.

  • Ensure impeccable kitchen hygiene and organization, including refrigerator, pantries, and drawers, with thorough post-meal cleanup.

  • Provide formal table settings and white-glove service for occasional special events.

  • Work collaboratively with the household team, maintaining a professional, friendly, and adaptable demeanor.

Schedule Details

  • One day per week for meal preparation, with flexibility on days for the right candidate.

  • Availability for occasional weekend and evening events as required.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Private Chef in a private household.

  • Culinary degree from an accredited institution.

  • Exceptional references from current and previous employers.

  • Expertise in farm-to-table and organic cuisine, with a creative and versatile culinary approach.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional in all tasks.

  • Discreet, poised, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when needed.

  • Valid driver’s license and U.S. work authorization.
