  • Lead the transition to a fully in-house landscaping operation, improving efficiency and design consistency.

  • Collaborate with the property owner to integrate art installations or sculptural elements, ensuring seamless harmony between natural and artistic features.

  • Supervise contractors and staff, aligning their work with the properties’ aesthetic and functional objectives.

  • Monitor landscape health, addressing pest control, soil quality, and irrigation using sustainable, environmentally conscious practices.

  • Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to the property owner for landscape enhancements and long-term planning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture, design, or high-end estate landscape management.

  • Proven expertise in minimalistic landscape design, demonstrated through a portfolio of sophisticated, elegant projects.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with property owners, staff, and contractors.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

  • Valid U.S. work authorization and driver’s license.
