A warm, welcoming, and active family is seeking a dedicated full-time Live-in Nanny to provide exceptional care for their 13-month-old son and assist the mother with family-related tasks as needed. This Miami-based position requires frequent travel to New York, London, and other domestic and international locations. The ideal candidate is nurturing, highly experienced, adaptable, and collaborative, with a passion for fostering a toddler’s growth and development. Candidates must have a valid ID and passport for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, full-time care for a 13-month-old, including daily routines, feeding, and nap schedules
  • Engage the child in age-appropriate developmental and educational activities, such as interactive play, storytelling, and outdoor exploration
  • Assist with child-related tasks, including meal preparation, maintaining tidy play areas, and managing children’s laundry
  • Accompany the family on frequent travel, ensuring the child’s comfort and consistency across locations
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment to support the child’s emotional and physical well-being
  • Collaborate closely with other nannies and household staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care
  • Occasionally assist the mother with light family-related tasks, such as scheduling or organizing

Location: Miami, FL
Salary: $140,000–$150,000 annually, DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:30 PM, with 24/7 availability during the 5-day workweek. Occasional weekend flexibility for travel or special events.

Travel: Frequent travel required between New York, London, and other domestic and international locations

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience ($140,000–$160,000 per year)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of professional nanny experience, with at least 3 years focused on toddlers
  • Proven experience as a travel nanny or in live-in roles strongly preferred
  • Warm, engaging, and collaborative personality with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with dogs and experienced in pet-friendly households
  • Ability to adapt to multiple residences while maintaining consistency for the child
  • Confident swimmer with water safety knowledge
  • Valid driver’s license and passport with no travel restrictions
  • Legal U.S. work authorization
  • Professional, proactive, and adaptable demeanor
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
