Overview
Warm, loving Tribeca family seeks an experienced, nurturing nanny to join them long-term starting February 2nd. Their joyful, supportive home (with nearby extended family) is the ideal setting for a true family partnership.They are looking for a confident, deeply caring professional to provide exceptional care for their sweet baby girl, who will be ~3.5 months old at start. The parents prioritize a calm, organized, happy environment and want someone who will love and nurture their daughter as their own.
Primary focus: Attentive, responsive infant care — meeting baby’s needs, maintaining gentle routines, and supporting her early growth with warmth and expertise.
Light household support (secondary, only during work hours & while baby is in your care):
- Keeping common areas tidy
- Baby + family laundry
- Unloading dishwasher
- Occasional simple family meal prep
- Light errands (mail/packages, etc.)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with occasional evening/weekend flexibility as needed. Scedule firm as both parents work.
Compensation: DOE (top of range for candidates with 10+ years of infant experience)
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years nanny/childcare experience, with recent & extensive newborn/infant care
- Knowledge of baby development (Ages & Stages)
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills
- Warm, reliable, discreet, with excellent communication
- Comfortable in a busy home with occasional schedule flexibility
- Happy to do light household tasks alongside childcare
- Genuinely excited to be part of a baby’s early developmental journey
