A discerning private family in Palm Beach, Florida, seeks a highly experienced, meticulous Part-Time Housekeeper to uphold the impeccable standards of their elegant residence. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, discreet, and experienced in white-glove cleaning in luxury private homes or estates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive, high-end cleaning: dusting (including high reaches), vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and meticulous surface care throughout the home
  • Maintain pristine condition of all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, formal rooms, and additional spaces
  • Handle delicate surfaces, fine furnishings, artwork, antiques, marble, and luxury finishes with utmost care and expertise
  • Organize and tidy rooms, closets, storage areas, and common spaces as directed
  • Launder fine linens, towels, and select garments; iron to a professional, crisp standard
  • Adhere to a detailed cleaning checklist while remaining flexible for special requests or family needs
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies; promptly alert the family to any needs
  • Consistently uphold the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation, hygiene, and discretion

Schedule: Part-time, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours per day / 16 hours per week)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in high-end residential housekeeping (private homes, estates, or luxury properties strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated expertise in museum-quality/white-glove cleaning techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of caring for delicate materials, fine woods, marble/stone, antiques, and high-end finishes
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a genuine pride in delivering flawless, impeccable results
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision
  • Absolute discretion, utmost professionalism, and respect for complete family privacy
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent long-term performance
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
