A private young family in Miami, Florida is seeking an experienced Live-In Housekeeper / Cook to maintain their home to the highest standards. The role supports a family of 4 with 2 young children. The family spends summers in the Hamptons, so the candidate must be willing to travel and work seasonally in New York. The ideal candidate is kid-friendly, enjoys cooking, and must drive. This is a long-term, stable opportunity for someone with a strong hospitality mindset who takes pride in their work. The position offers a live-in arrangement in a Miami home with seasonal travel to the Hamptons.

Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed daily housekeeping and museum-quality cleaning
  • Prepare daily meals and maintain kitchen organization
  • Manage laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
  • Keep the home beautifully organized and presentable
  • Support the household team as needed
  • Run errands and drive family members when required
  • • Prepare daily meals for the family including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and children’s meals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a private residence or luxury household
  • Strong cooking skills (healthy family-style meals)
  • Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards
  • Professional demeanor with discretion and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible schedule, including weekend availability
  • Kid-friendly and comfortable around children
  • Must drive – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel and work summers in the Hamptons
  • Valid U.S. work authorization
