Overview

A private individual based in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented full-time Executive Housekeeper to lead the maintenance and organization of their private residence. Impeccable attention to detail is very important for this role. The ideal candidate would be someone who identifies as a self-starter and takes pride in their work. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence; vacuuming, dusting, sanitization, proper garbage disposal, etc.
  • Keeping household guest-ready at all times
  • Laundry and ironing clothes and linens.
  • Organization of closets
  • Assist with travel packing/unpacking
  • Must focus on the smallest details possible, great attention to detail is a must
  • Handling special requests, errands, and related duties as needed
  • Oversee contractors for landscaping, fountains, and pool maintenance & be hands on to clean backyard patio and upkeep between vendors. 
  • Exercise common sense and can take initiative to accomplish tasks and make decisions
  • Running errands and adhering to special requests as needed
  • Grocery shopping and procuring of other specialty food items
  • Assist with meal preparation, simple meals

Schedule: 5-day work week, including occasional weekends, Monday – Friday 9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 7 PM. Flexibility is extremely important. Hours: 40 hours are guaranteed.

Requirements

  • Excellent references are required from current and previous employers
  • Minimum 3 years related work experience in a private home as an Executive Housekeeper
  • Must be detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Must be extremely hands-on & comfortable working around 2 kids there part time ( ages 10 & 12) 
  • Must come with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
