Overview

An entrepreneurial couple seeks to hire an experienced Executive Assistant/ Bookeeper. The ideal candidate is thorough with a keen attention to detail. Someone with a strong accounting/finance background who has experience as an analyst or in finance and accounting as an actual role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Acting as gatekeeper and liaison for principals
  • Financial management, both personal and business with an analytical background
  • Bookkeeping, bill pay and keeping track of expenses (must be familiar with QuickBooks)
  • Updating and maintaining records of important contacts
  • has a strong accounting/finance background (Family office experience a plus)
  • Overseeing the calendars and the household domestic team
  • Vendor and contractor management (overseeing projects related to the residence)
  • Organize an ever-changing business and social calendar and complex schedule
  • Execute special requests and related duties as needed

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM (Hybrid role – flexibility to work out of the Office and or residence in Los Angeles and occasionally the Malibu residence or remote. 

Compensation: DOE

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience supporting prominent individuals
  • Excellent references from both current and previous employers
  • Prioritize executive tasks and multi-task effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (additional language skills are a plus)
  • Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office and Mac OSX; must be very tech savvy
  • Professional mindset and the utmost discretion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Valid US work authorization
