Executive PM Shift Housekeeper, Full-time (Formal Residence)

A private residence in the Delray Beach, FL seeks to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to assist with the maintenance of their private residence. Must be hands-on and support the housekeeping team as needed with the maintenance of the residence. Great attention to detail is required for this position. The ideal candidate must be hard-working and passionate about providing excellent service and support to its principals and guests. The hired housekeeper must be comfortable working as part of a team of housekeepers and other household staff.

Responsibilities:

• All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence; vacuuming, dusting, sanitization, proper garbage disposal, etc.
• Always maintaining the household guest ready
• Deep cleaning and organizing bathrooms
• Maintaining household inventory organization (closets, pantries, cabinets, etc.)
• Providing excellent service to principals and guests
• Turn down service
• Supporting with meal service and clean up after
• Must be comfortable working around dogs (Dog care required)
• Working as part of a household team (team of housekeepers)
• Handling special requests, daily-errands, and related duties as needed

Schedule: Thursday-Monday. Off days: Tuesday & Wednesday.

Hours: 3pm-11pm Monday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday, and Sunday 2-10. *Overtime pay is available after working 40 hours.

Requirements

• Excellent references are required from current and previous employers
• Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience in a private home as a laundress
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
