Overview

Lovely family is in the process of relocating to NYC from London seeks a bubbly, energetic and loving nanny with a positive and outgoing attitude, who will be great with young, happy and energetic toddlers. The experienced Nanny is to care and supervise for their 1 & 3-year-old children.  Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

  • Assisting with daily care of toddlers; creating a safe, educational and nurturing environment
  • Light tidying up after child; ensuring bedroom and play areas are consistently maintained
  • Organizing recreational and educational activities
  • Running errands and carrying out special requests for the family
  • Traveling with family if requested
  • Providing all aspects of childcare while creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • Taking child to and from appointments and activities

 

This is a full-time, live-out position. The typical work schedule will be Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 7:00PM). Salary is generous but DOE. Start date is on or around May 1, 2017. Interview will begin ASAP with the father in NYC.

 

Requirements

 

  • Certificate in ­­­­­­­­­­­­CPR (infant and child) from accredited program as well as general knowledge of first aid
  • Graduated from a 4 year College or Accredited University
  • Minimum of 3 years related private home experience
  • Excellent references from both current and previous employers
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong swimming skills are a plus
  • Valid passport a plus
  • Availability to travel with principals internationally and domestically
  • United States work authorization
