Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities.
  • Supervise homework, playtime, and after-school routines.
  • Prepare healthy snacks and light meals for the children.
  • Maintain tidy children’s areas, including toys, dishes, and activity spaces.
  • Plan and lead creative, stimulating games and activities to keep the children engaged.
  • Assist with bath time and bedtime routines.
  • Collaborate effectively with the lead nanny and housekeeper as part of a supportive household team.

Schedule and Compensation: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of childcare experience with a private family or in a similar professional setting (e.g., daycare or preschool).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent references from all previous employers.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to a consistent full-time schedule.
  • Energetic, creative, and engaging when interacting with young children.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle.
