Overview

A private residence in Palm Beach is seeking an experienced High-End Housekeeper to join a small, collaborative team of two full-time housekeepers. This fully staffed, formal household demands the highest levels of professionalism, absolute discretion, and a polished, understated demeanor. The ideal candidate respects clear employer/employee boundaries, upholds strict confidentiality at all times, works independently with minimal supervision or training, and contributes positively to a cohesive team dynamic. Occasional light meal preparation and related support may also be required as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform meticulous daily cleaning of all areas, with special care for fine finishes, artwork, antiques, delicate surfaces, and luxury furnishings
  • Manage all aspects of laundry, including washing, ironing, steaming, folding, and comprehensive wardrobe/closet care for high-end garments and linens
  • Maintain impeccable organization of closets, storage areas, pantries, and household systems
  • Assist with periodic deep cleaning, seasonal refreshes, and special household projects
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, household essentials, and related items
  • Ensure guest readiness at all times, upholding formal household presentation and service standards

Schedule

5-day work week: Thursday through Monday

Daily shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (exact hours may vary slightly based on household needs)

Two full-time housekeepers scheduled per shift to ensure comprehensive coverage and teamwork

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a housekeeper in ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private residences or equivalent high-end formal households
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fully staffed, formal private home environment
  • Highly team-oriented with strong, clear communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to five-star service standards
  • Quiet, professional demeanor with a deep understanding of discretion, privacy, and appropriate boundaries
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
