Overview

A private Couple in Miami, FL seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to support with the maintenance of their homes. The Executive Housekeeper will report to the Leadership Team as well as work directly with the principals. Must be able to work in Miami, FL and summers in the Hamptons residence.  Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Full-charge housekeeping responsibilities; museum-quality cleaning of residence working alongside other household staff
  • Laundry and ironing of clothing and linens, caring for fine garments, travel packing/unpacking
  • Hand-on care of expensive art and antiques
  • Maintaining household inventory organization (closets, pantries, cabinets, etc.)
  • Hands-on care for furniture; polishing fine surfaces, silver care & maintenance
  • Assisting with special dinners and events
  • Assist with flower arrangements
  • Receiving packages and maintaining a delivery log
  • Handling special requests, errands, and related duties as needed
  • Providing excellent service to principals and guest
  • Dog care, must love dog as their own!
  • Hotel experience is a huge plus
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm with flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Salary: $100,000k
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years related work experience in a private residence
  • Utmost sense of confidentiality and discretion

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent references from current and previous employers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
  • Professional, polished, and poised at all times
  • Hands-on with good attitude, high energy, strong work ethic and an attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Flexibility in schedule with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must follow all CDC recommendations against Covid-19
