Overview

A warm and active family in the West Village, New York, seeks a dedicated, energetic, and trustworthy nanny to care for their three boys, aged 6.5, 5, and 2. The ideal candidate is responsible, fun, patient, and capable of keeping up with the boys’ high energy. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required. The nanny must be comfortable swimming, playing sports, and traveling internationally with the family.

Responsibilities

•Provide attentive, nurturing care for three boys (ages 6.5, 5, and 2)

•Engage the children in active, age-appropriate activities, including sports and outdoor play

•Supervise and ensure safety during swimming and other physical activities

•Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and bedtime

•Support light household tasks related to the children, such as tidying their spaces

•Accompany the family on international travel, including:

◦1 week during winter break

◦1–2 weeks during spring break

◦2–3 weeks during summer

•Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the children

Schedule

•Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

•Overnight stay required two nights per week (Monday through Thursday)

•Live-in arrangement Monday through Thursday during the summer

•International travel as noted above

Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience, preferably with young boys

•High energy, patience, and a fun, engaging demeanor

•Strong swimming skills and comfort playing sports with children

•Valid passport and ability to travel internationally

•Excellent references from previous families or employers

•Valid driver’s license

•Legal authorization to work in the United States

•Spanish-speaking ability preferred but not required

•CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
