Overview
A private couple on the UWS is Seeking a part-time housekeeper to support with the maintenance of a residential apt. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Full-charge housekeeping responsibilities; museum-quality cleaning of residence working alongside other household staff
- Maintaining household inventory organization (closets, pantries, cabinets, etc.)
- Hands-on care for furniture; polishing fine surfaces, silver care & maintenance
- Providing excellent service to principals and guests
Schedule: 2X per week 9-5pm. Flexible on days for the right candidate, preference is Monday and Thursday.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years related work experience in a private residence
- Utmost sense of confidentiality and discretion
- Ambitions and Hard-working, always willing to go the extra mile
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent references from current and previous employers
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
- Professional, polished, and poised at all times
- Hands-on with good attitude, high energy, strong work ethic and an attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
