Overview

A private couple seeks an experienced, detail-oriented Part-Time Personal Assistant to support and manage the day-to-day operations of their Palm Beach residence. This role combines comprehensive family home support, including babysitting for our toddler and dog, with property management tasks and potential administrative support for the husband’s business. To succeed in this role, candidates must be well-organized, thorough, flexible, able to act with limited guidance, and comfortable working with the family’s dog and toddler son. The majority of time will involve handling orders, packages, returns, reservations, planning, and research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for the principals.
  • Assist with the care and supervision of a toddler boy and the family dog.
  • Prioritize and coordinate calendars, meeting schedules, and appointments.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and dining logistics.
  • Manage procurement and purchasing of items for the principals.
  • Perform clerical tasks, including sorting mail, answering phones, data entry, and filing.
  • Organize and maintain bills, emails, notes, spreadsheets, and documentation for immediate access.
  • Label and file electronic copies of documents and personal items.
  • Meet deadlines and proactively anticipate the principals’ needs.
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for bookkeeping and organizational purposes.
  • Support principals with additional duties and errands as needed.

Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday, 9 AM–1 PM, with some flexibility.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
