Lily Pond Services, a dynamic Domestic and Administrative Staffing company, seeks a motivated Administrative, Recruitment, and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing staffing assignments and driving social media initiatives. We are looking for candidates with experience in recruitment, coordination, or social media management who excel in a fast-paced environment that supports professional growth and rewards excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage special requests and run errands as needed.

  • Coordinate a dynamic schedule, including appointments, meetings, and engagements.

  • Recruit and screen candidates for domestic roles via phone and in-person interviews.

  • Maintain and update candidate placement statuses in online and custom database systems.

  • Promptly communicate scheduling or staffing issues to supervisors.

  • Handle incoming/outgoing communications, exercising discretion to address requests independently when appropriate.

  • Content Creation: Produce engaging social media content (text, images, videos, graphics) for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

  • Strategy Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement, aligned with marketing goals.

  • Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community and enhance brand loyalty.

  • Brand Voice Maintenance: Ensure consistent tone and messaging across platforms to reflect the company’s identity.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and web-based tools.

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.

  • Strong references from current or previous employers.

  • Proficiency in Mac products, Microsoft Excel, and database systems.

  • Exceptional verbal communication and professional discretion.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Additional Information

  • Position Type: Part-time, 15–25 hours per week, based on candidate availability and role fit.

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid; requires one day per week in-person at our Tribeca, NY, or West Palm Beach, FL office, with the remainder remote.

  • Location: Candidates must be based in New York or Palm Beach, Florida, to attend the respective office weekly.
