Lily Pond Services, a growing Domestic and Administrative Staffing company, is seeking a dynamic Administrative, Recruitment, and Social Media Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role involves managing daily, long-term, and temporary assignments while overseeing social media initiatives. We are looking for candidates with experience in recruitment, coordination, outreach, or social media management who thrive in a fast-paced environment that fosters professional growth and rewards exceptional performance.
Responsibilities:

Handle special requests and run errands as needed.

Manage the President’s schedule, calls, email correspondence, calendar, and meeting requests.

Recruit and screen candidates for domestic sector roles through phone and in-person interviews.

Update and maintain candidate placement statuses in online and custom database systems.

Communicate scheduling or staffing issues to supervisors promptly.

Screen and manage incoming/outgoing communications, exercising judgment and discretion to address requests independently when appropriate.

Content Creation: Develop engaging social media posts, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Strategy Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, or sales, aligned with marketing objectives.

Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build community and strengthen brand loyalty.

Ad Management: Create and manage paid social media ads, including targeting, budgeting, and optimizing for maximum ROI.

Brand Voice Maintenance: Ensure consistent tone and messaging across platforms to reflect the company’s identity.

Influencer Collaboration: Identify and coordinate with influencers or partners for promotional campaigns.

Additional Information:

Position Type: Part-time, guaranteeing 15-25 hours per week based on the candidate’s availability and fit for the role.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid; requires in-person work one day per week, with the remainder remote.

Location: Candidates must be located in New York to attend the Tribeca office once weekly or in Palm Beach, Florida to work from the West Palm Beach office once weekly.
