Overview

A private individual seeks an experienced, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support and manage the day-to-day of his personal affairs. To be successful in this role, one should be well-organized, kind, flexible, be able to act with limited guidance, and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Act as primary gatekeeper and liaison for the principal
  • Proactively identify issues in the residence and attend to them on the principal’s and company’s behalf, such as repairs, maintenance, stocking adequate food, beverages, and supplies
  • Manage the Principal’s daily calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Management of various memberships of the principal and company
  • Mail pick-up and sorting, as well as occasional packing, shipping, and tracking of various items
  • Sourcing of vendors and contractors; this includes assessing service providers on an ongoing basis to ensure they are acting in the best interest of the principal and company
  • Coordinate and complete various errands, source, and order specialty items
  • Assist with grocery shopping and supply procurement, running special errands, etc.
  • Provide a positive, safe, and nurturing environment
  • Driving principal safely, opening doors, and escorting to entrances
  • Must be confident in the kitchen: providing support in cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinners for 1 principal
Schedule: Typical schedule is Friday-Sunday 9 AM – 8 PM with availability over text or email. You will coordinate with the full-time assistant who works Monday-Thursday.
Compensation: Salary is generous but final offers depend on experience
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-year degree from a top College or University
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience supporting prominent individuals; both in personal or business capacities
  • Excellent references from both current and previous employers
  • Prioritize executive tasks and multi-task effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional mindset and the utmost discretion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Flexibility with hours and schedule; available to work overtime as needed
  • Valid US work authorization
