Overview

A private couple seeks to hire a professional individual with experience in exterior property upkeep who will take full charge of the cleanliness and upkeep of all the outdoor furniture. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-service support in fine homes. Responsibilities for this role are as listed below:

Responsibilities: 

  • Support with property management and overseeing the estate to make sure property is kept up and report any damages.
  • Full charge of the cleanliness and upkeep of all the outdoor furniture
  • Work alongside other staff members: Estate Manager, Housekeepers, and groundskeepers
  • Handling special requests and related duties as needed
  • Providing white-glove formal service to principal and guests
  • Must be extremely hands-on and able to accomplish any task given
  • Ensure exterior furniture and decorations are cleaned/maintained and properly positioned and
    the grounds are blown/manicured daily (in conjunction with the Handyman) 
  • Following all family protocols and procedures

Schedule: Standard work schedule Monday – Friday (40 hours) 9am-5pm

Salary & Benefits: comp range would be $60k – $75k (it would be a full-time, hourly role, so approx. $30/hr – $35/hr and eligible for 1.5x OT). Full Health Benefits, paid vacation and time off, paid US holidays, matched 401k plan and sick days.

Requirements: 

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with Private Families and Individuals
  • Excellent references from current and previous positions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid US work authorization
  • Handyman skillset is a huge plus
