Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Seasonal Housekeeper to join a private residence in Sagaponack, NY. The ideal candidate will maintain a pristine, museum-quality environment, working collaboratively with household staff to ensure exceptional care of fine furnishings and specialty surfaces while supporting general household operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a pristine and well-organized environment throughout the residence.

  • Perform detailed, museum-quality cleaning of all rooms and household surfaces.

  • Collaborate with a second housekeeper/laundress and a houseman/butler/Chef to ensure seamless household operations.

  • Assist with laundry, wardrobe care, and ironing as needed.

  • Support general household organization and tidiness.

  • Provide light pet care, including feeding, cleanup, and occasional grooming for two large dogs.

  • Assist with supply inventory and restocking of cleaning and household items.

  • Demonstrate flexibility to assist on weekends as needed.

Job Title: Seasonal Housekeeper Location: Sagaponack, NY Schedule: Thursday–Tuesday, typically 12:00 PM–9:00 PM (Friday–Sunday) and 12:00 PM–6:00 PM (weekdays), with flexibility for weekend adjustments as needed. Starting ASAP – September

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a fine private home or luxury hospitality setting.

  • Strong knowledge of high-end cleaning techniques, care for fine materials, and museum-quality housekeeping standards.

  • Experience working within a formal or semi-formal household.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other household staff members.

  • Pet-friendly and comfortable working around large dogs.

  • Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive approach to household maintenance.

  • Flexibility to adjust schedule and work weekends as required.

  • Valid work authorization.
