Temp Housekeeper Required ( Palm Beach, FL)

Overview

A private young family in Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Temp Housekeeper to assist with the maintenance of their residence. The Housekeeper will report to the Estate Manager and the family office, and will also work directly with the principals and their team of 1-3 other nannies. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Laundry and ironing of clothing and linens, caring for fine garments, travel packing/unpacking
• All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence; vacuuming, dusting, sanitization, proper garbage disposal, etc.
• Always maintaining the household guest ready
• Maintaining household inventory organization (closets, pantries, cabinets, etc.)
• Hands-on care for furniture; polishing fine surfaces, silver care & maintenance
• Assist with flower arrangements
• Providing excellent service to principals and guest

This is a full-time position, Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Starting ASAP – May 10, 2024

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years related work experience in a private residence
• Utmost sense of confidentiality and discretion

• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent references from current and previous employers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
• Professional, polished, and poised at all times
• Hands-on with good attitude, high energy, strong work ethic and an attention to detail
• Flexibility in schedule with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Valid US work authorization
