Loving and down to earth family in Palm Beach, FL are looking for experienced, confident, fun-loving and enthusiastic live-in nanny to care for their three year old son. This is a TEMPORARY ROLE and they are looking to hire ASAP. The ideal candidate is reliable and punctual, clean and organized, safety conscious, has a warm, gentle, and easygoing presence, and most importantly, genuinely LOVES working with toddlers. You should also have a strong working knowledge and understanding of developmental milestones. These wonderful parents are actively interviewing NOW for the best temp fit who will also be a collaborative partner in working with another full-time nanny and family. 

Dates: February 3 to March 4th.

COMPENSATION: $35-45/hr DOE (on payroll) OT Pay offered.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 – 5  years of related experience working for private families and young children
  • Excellent references are required from current and previous employers
  • Native Spanish Speaker
  • Certification in CPR & First Aid
  • Strong English & Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Polished, poised, and professional
  • Intelligent with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends
  • Always ensuring the safety of the baby at all times
  • Exercise common sense and the ability to take initiative to accomplish tasks and make decisions
  • Packing and unpacking children’s belongings as needed when traveling
  • Assisting with bath time/shower and bedtime
