Overview
A private individual in Palm Beach, FL seeks two registered nurses to rotate the night shift from February 7th-March 31st. The ideal candidate must have minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working as a private care nurse with private families. Must be outgoing and energetic. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Communicate changes in patient’s clinical condition with his family, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Performs daily client medication administration and reconciliation, ensuring proper documentation and workflow
- Record a patient’s medical history accurately
- Take daily vitals and record measurements of blood press
Schedule: The typical schedule will be 10pm-10am 3-4 nights per week per nurse. Hiring two. Compensation: Salary is based on experience This Is a temp role starting 2/7/22 thru 3/31/22. Looking two rotate two nurses to cover the night shift.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years related private home experience
- Excellent references from both current and previous employers
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have a strong command of the English language
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Flexibility with hours and scheduling
- Must have United States work authorization
- Graduated from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing as Registered Nurse / RN or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as a Registered Nurse / RN.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse / RN.
- Perfect physical condition and stamina
